Thank you for purchasing an Alpaca Conceal product! As a family owned business, we are proud that our products are made in the USA! If for some reason you are not happy or you have found a defect we will make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

 

 WITH ALL RETURNS, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is being returned due to manufacturing defect or error made by Alpaca Conceal.  
• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 1-2 weeks of receiving returned item(s). 
• In regards to our return policy, all dates are counted from the actual date of purchase.
• Product and packaging need to be intact.
• Alpaca Conceal is unable to refund anything past 30 days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We cannot accept returns on items damaged by improper use of our products by the customer.
